Monitoring
A fix has been implemented and our crawler is working through the backlog queue at a normal rate again. However, there is still a backlog that will cause delayed crawls. We are working through the backlog queue as quickly as possible.

Investigating
We are currently experiencing a delay with the Crawler service. Our Software Development Team is investigating the issue. Crawls will continue to occur, but at a slower rate.
