A fix has been implemented and we are currently approx 10 hours behind on loading in the data. We are monitoring the situation.

Identified

We are currently experiencing a delay in loading Analytics data.

This might affect some features of our platform and especially Live Analytics will not display any (real-time) data for our customers.

There will be no loss of data, but simply a delay from data showing up in the platform.

You can still see and use data for all other periods than today or yesterday.

Our engineers are working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
